Bio
1978 | Kalle Kataila (b. 1978) is a Helsinki-based photographer whose work is based around concepts of landscape and how personal narratives attribute to our understandings of these spaces. His photographs have been exhibited in South Korea, England, Norway, France, Russia and the United States, and he has mounted solo exhibitions in Finland, Canada and Italy. Kataila's works are in art collections at the Helsinki City Art Museum and the Finnish State Art Gallery as well as in several private and corporate collections in Europe and in the United States. He is a member of the Helsinki School of Photography.
